I really wanted to add a light and airy feel to our bedroom. We previously had nothing on the wall, because I never could decide on what to put there. This is the first home I have hung a single photograph from our wedding. We have been married, so I think it was time. Once I had started down that rabbit hole of choosing which of the zillion images I actually wanted to hang, there was no going back. As I was searching I realized, that we had been on many adventures over the years.
This got me thinking… Did I really want four photographs of myself staring back at me, as I went to bed? Definitely not. haha
These are all photographs of special places to us from over the years. They make me so happy to see as the light comes in just right through the windows. I did edit the photos a bit to make them appear like they had aged a bit, and I also ordered them in a matte finish rather then in the standard gloss.
